Open to Graduates of Elemental Meditation Level 1
In this deep immersion that continues your studies from level one, we explore the elements of air and space, and enter realms both subtle and profound. We will focus on understanding meditation as a path to spiritual fulfillment, not for just ease or stress relief. Theory and practice combine for an enriching and in depth experience of traditional Tantric practices that truly quiet the Mind and allow us to listen to the Heart.
