  • A unique, but traditionally based, curriculum that explores the vast corpus of meditation via the five elements. We begin with earth and move from there to the subtlest realms of consciousness as we progress to ether/space

  • How the popular term ‘Mindfulness’ is just the beginning of what meditation can provide

  • The origins and history of meditation, where East meets West

  • Lineages and styles, what it is, and what it is not

  • The science of meditation – current and past research and why it is so critical today

  • Meditation as holistic wellness – how and why it can address self-image, anxiety, stress, negativity, pain management and healing


  • Development of a personal meditation practice

  • Access to our digital library, with articles, practices and networking resources

  • In-depth training on five specific meditation techniques appropriate for most anybody

  • Instruction on how to incorporate these techniques in modern yoga classes or group settings

  • How to guide, inspire and support others and expand your skill as an effective wellness provider

  • After mastering the basics, you’ll explore the elements of air and space, and enter realms both subtle and profound. Understand meditation as a path to spiritual fulfillment, not for just ease or stress relief.  Here, theory and practice combine for an enriching and in depth experience of traditional Tantric practices that truly quiet the Mind and allow us to listen to the Heart.

40 Hours of study include group and individual work, practice and assignments. (Eligible for YA CE’s)
