Location: Chalmers in the Sugden Block, 117 Main Street, Spencer

Fundamentals
6pm ($144)
Perfect for the brand new beginner and those who enjoy more personal
attention and focus on alignment and movement principles and beginning
breath and meditation work.
•
Para Yoga (intermediate/advanced)
7:30pm ($168)
For those who have studied and practiced consistently. More advanced
asana and pranayama will be included, as well as lengthier meditation.
Drop-Ins
are $15/class
Pre-registration is highly recommended to assure a spot in class!

Please
note the following:
-
Due to the reduction in the number of classes that Lauren is teaching,
pre-registration is HIGHLY recommended. Drop-in space may be available
($15/class), but check first.
- One
makeup class may be carried over to the next session.
- If
there is room, you may start at any time within the session, with
the tuition pro-rated depending on start date.
- Arrive
EARLY. Doors open ten minutes prior to class. Use this time to
settle in.

Please do not come to class if you are going to be more than 5
minutes late. It is stressful for you and disruptive to your classmates.

Family discounts may be available. Speak with Lauren if you have
budget constraints.

Credit cards cannot be accepted as payment for yoga classes.

Please bring your own props, including a blanket. A very limited
supply will be available for borrowing.

Special and/or additional local classes may be added from time
to time. Please check this page often for changes.
